BREWIN DOLPHIN  - The 2011 season began with the announcement that Brewin Dolphin would partner the Jersey Hockey Association as its sponsor.  In a press release announcing the good news Brewin Dolphin's Business Development Manager, Nick Browning said: "We are delighted to be supporting Hockey in Jersey.  It is a major sport played to high competitive levels where players have a healthy respect for their opponents and the rules of the game.  As well as the Island representative teams entering national competitions, our sponsorship will include the local leagues and cups which embraces players of all ages at and skill levels.  Nationally the England Men's and Ladies teams have performed excellently in the European Championships which will give the Great Britain teams a lift heading towards the Olympic Games.  We are very pleased to be associated with such a successful sport".
 

DEUTSCHE BANK continue to support junior hockey through the Deutsche Bank Development Programme which provides coaching and competitive matches for boys and girls from ages 10 to 18 as well as providing coaching development for umpires and coaches.  Deutsche Bank have been wonderful supporters of Jersey Hockey for eight years now and the programme has provided training and competition for hundreds of Jersey youngsters in that time.   With this support we have been able to build on the coaching and playing opportunities every year which is fantastic for the development of the sport.  Click here to see a list of Development initiatives currently being undertaken.
