BodyRox RWB win Tenth CI Title

BodyRox RWB won the Channel Islands Ladies Club Championships for an unprecedented tenth time in succession at Footes Lane, Guernsey on 12th November.

The RWB team won their group stages fairly comfortably and took on Jersey's Quackers in the final.  However, it was Quackers who took the lead through Lucy Le Lievre at a penalty corner and it was not until seven minutes from time that RWB came back into the game.  A superbly converted penalty flick by Nina Driscoll gave the reigning champions the push they needed and two further goals from Sally MacDowall sealed their tenth victory in this competition.
